DEPOSIT FEES ANALYTICS LEAD WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Deposit Fees Analytics Lead will be responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and capabilities for deposit fees management, including data, analytics, reporting and controls, associated management routines and automation of deposit fees data capture/display for the Consumer and Small Business Products team of the Commercial and Consumer Banking Products organization. Responsibilities are multi-faceted and will include such goals as defining our deposit fees data, reporting and analytics strategy with respect to fees-related data sourcing, reporting and controls, fees management, and annual fee review routines . This role may also include future oversight of other associated deposit fees management, analytics and reporting/controls functions. Candidate should be familiar with data sourcing strategies, data transformation and normalization, data analytics approaches as well as visual data story telling. Expertise with Alteryx, Tableau, and Snowflake is a plus, but similar experience welcome. The role will report to the manager of the Consumer and Small Business Products team. What you will do
- Define strategy for deposit fees management including analytics, reporting/controls and management routines. Develop and maintain the deposit fees roadmap and project manage deposit fees-related initiatives to build the deposit fees management capability
- Prioritize creation and delivery of business aligned reporting and dashboards to support new management routines and controls and other business needs
- Formulate and implement strategic vision of end user approach to deposit fees-related data within the larger firm-wide strategy
- Create a scalable end user model with respect to data sourcing, reporting, analytics and controls/risk management
- As appliable, engineer core business process reporting to be highly automated and provide deep insight at manager and executive level
- Lead cross-functional teams in assigned business objective to build out deposit fees management capabilities
- Develop project plans and execute within approved time and budget
- Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success
- Manage risk by ensuring reviews and sign offs from appropriate stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with technical, business, operations, risk and 2LOD stakeholders and partners to define requirements, build and test capabilities and investigate issues as they arise
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to support deposit fee recommendations
- Develop, implement and project manage an annual deposit fees review capability including policy and process, presentation templates and execution playbook
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year's relevant experience
Skills and Knowledge
Compensation Starting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.*To be considered for this position you must meet at least these basic qualifications
