If you are hired to this position, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be employed by City National Bank.
The Responsibilities
- Support Line colleagues in providing superior service to clients, interfacing with all levels of management
- Onboarding both Consumer and Commercial Credit Cards in the TSYS Credit Card System.
- Set up Commercial Card Clients to the CentreSuite online banking platform.
- Assist client in completing the following CentreSuite (aka Commercial Card Online/CCO) online platform tasks and educate clients to self-service as much as possible:
- Unlock passwords
- Set up users on CCO
- Order cards (rush and no rush)
- Inquiries on non-fraud disputed charges and decline reasoning ◦ Payment questions in regards to CCO
- Problem solve for various error messages in regards to CCO (expense reports, standard reports, statement images)
- Add and maintain alerts ◦ Download user reports (internal)
- Other tasks as needed • Compliance – CNB CBTs and legal regulatory changes we need to adhere to.
- Assist with other Card Product support as needed • Provide support with all aspects of the Credit Card Operations group; including both Commercial and Consumer
- Provide ongoing education and support to existing clients not currently utilizing CCO.
The Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience with minimum 1 year of Credit Card Operations experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting and maintaining Commercial Credit Cards
- Minimum 1 year of experience Onboarding and/or Maintaining Credit Cards via the TSYS Credit Card System. (Both TS1 and TS2 module experience preferred).
- Minimum 6 mos. experience servicing clients via the CentreSuite online banking platform for Commercial Credit Cards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $27.18/hour - $29.14/hour
