Certification Details
• Qualivis will be sending FDI on behalf of the facility once travelers have been cleared to start by the facility
• Orientation shifts after Monday will vary by unit/department and will be confirmed with the client before sending to the traveler
• The attached is basic FDI. Program Manager will fill in highlighted sections for each traveler prior to sending

Job Details
• Facility Requirements: First time travelers accepted if have several years of ER experience in a busy ER
• EMR: Meditech experience is strongly preferred, but the ability to quickly learn is necessary if not expanse experience
• Block scheduling allowed: Not guaranteed, manager will review

Job Requirements
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift dates/schedule: 12p-12a Mids
• Weekends Required: Every other weekend unless staffing dictates less of a requirement, if traveler wants more than 50% weekends - can accommodate
• Call Required: No
• # of years of experience required: Min 2yrs exp req
• Skills required: Trauma, Stroke and STEMI experience with all other patients to include pediatric
• Unit scrub color: Navy Blue

Schedule Information

• Weekends Required: Every other weekend unless staffing dictates less of a requirement, if traveler wants more than 50% weekends - can accommodate

Additional Details
• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client
• Proof of Everify or Attestation
• Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
• Travelers that are placed for LTC are required to obtain a Missouri Family Care Safety Registry verification
