ob Summary

This position performs as a source of application support, problem resolution, data, and process analysis for Circle K Global Logistics. Provides specialist level application support of logistics systems for Global Fuel operations. Delivers solutions that meet cross functional requirements and follows defined IT Processes. Provides escalation support for the Help Desk organization. Interacts with internal teams and 3 rd party vendors in a geographically diverse work environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop current/future state business processes to support and link to business strategy • Work with Business Subject Matter Experts and Operations throughout the project cycle to document the business process model • Recommend solutions, process modeling standards and best practices on all aspects of the project life cycle • Have ability to adapt to different styles and collaborate with business area leadership as a strategic partner to achieve goals • Be flexible with changing priorities in support of executive team needs • Have strong interpersonal skills with a track record of providing excellent customer service • Have exceptional writing and facilitation skills • Have flexibility to multitask and manage multiple requests with varying degrees of priority simultaneously • Proactive communication skills to collaborate with the multiple team members he/she will be supporting • Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure • Ability to retain and carryout complex verbal instructions • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency • Have time management skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment • Be an independent thinker and take initiatives with general guidance and direction • Communicates with internal customers, vendors, peers, and management teams to understand issues, and to provide updates and status • Performs other job duties as required

Job Requirements (General) • BS degree in IT field or equivalent combination of education and industry experience-based learning • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Office 360 • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and work ethic • Working Conditions: Remote and/or office environment with little or no exposure to adverse working conditions. Work may include hybrid work schedule, long hours, weekends, holidays, occasional travel, and overnight stays

Job Requirements (Preferred) • Working knowledge of SQL including SSRS and SSIS, IIS, database management • Working knowledge of Active Directory, ASP, HTML • Follows IT standard protocol for change/release management • Understanding of SOX compliance • Knowledge of TMW, PeopleNet, PDI/TelaPoint and fuel industry in general
