ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for a nursing job in Newark, Delaware.

ChristianaCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Primary Care practice located at MAP 2 on the Newark, DE campus.
As part of the team, you will be one of 6 Registered Nurses providing support to our growing team of 20 providers in this busy primary care practice. We see patients from newborn through geriatric.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
- providing desktop phone triage support
- walk-in triage, as needed
- nurse visits
- injections, immunizations, suture removals, point of care testing
- hospital follow up phone calls and transitions of care follow up
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch
- No weekends or holidays
- hybrid rotation will be discussed during the interview
Education and Experience Requirements
- A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing
- Two years' experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred
- BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years
Special Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Delaware
- BLS certification required
