Job Details
• 13-week contract
• Specialty: LDRP RN
• Shifts & Scheduling: 7-7, block scheduling
• Weekend Requirements: Every third weekend
• Holiday Requirements: Depending on availability

Job Requirements
• 2 years of experience required
• ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications required
• Charge Nurse presence on each shift
• RNs required to titrate drips
• Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands

Schedule Information
• 3x12s - Every 3rd weekend, first to float

Unit Specific Information
• # of L&D Beds: 4 L&D beds, 7 postpartum
• Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios?
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: >35 weeks in labor, Mom/Baby couplets
• RNs required to titrate drips
• Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Antepartum/Labor- Magnesium, Oxytocin, LR, Zofran, etc. Postpartum: Prenatal vitamin, Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, Percocet, Toradol
• RT Equipment: Neonatal vent- CPAP, Bipap, high flow
• EFM System: OB Trace Vue
• Orientation: 3- 12 hour shifts
• Scrubs: Provided

Additional Details
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract)
• Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
• Radius Rule: 50 miles - candidates may not be affiliated with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
