- 3x12s - Every 3rd weekend, first to float

- # of L&D Beds: 4 L&D beds, 7 postpartum
- Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios?
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: >35 weeks in labor, Mom/Baby couplets
- RNs required to titrate drips
- Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Antepartum/Labor- Magnesium, Oxytocin, LR, Zofran, etc. Postpartum: Prenatal vitamin, Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, Percocet, Toradol
- RT Equipment: Neonatal vent- CPAP, Bipap, high flow
- EFM System: OB Trace Vue
- Orientation: 3- 12 hour shifts
- Scrubs: Provided
- Additional Details
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract)
- Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
- Radius Rule: 50 miles - candidates may not be affiliated with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
- Attributes that help a nurse be successful in this unit: teamwork, provider consistency, knowledge, independence, good communication
