• Certifications Required: BLS, NRP, AWHONN intermediate (advanced preferred), STABLE

Job Details
• LDRP RN position available
• Rotational shifts 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Schedule done 6 weeks in advance
• Manager makes the schedule, block scheduling considered
• 2x12hr shifts of unit/department specific orientation provided

Job Requirements
• Must have 3 years of experience in LDRP
• OK with first time travelers, expected to jump right in
• Must be able to titrate drips
• RNs required to do APGARS
• RNs may be required to scrub

Schedule Information
• Rotational 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Schedule made 6 weeks in advance, cognizant of sleep schedules
• Weekend requirement: every third
• Holiday requirements: as needed
• Optional overtime opportunities

Unit Specific Information
• # of L&D Beds: 7
• # of Postpartum beds: 12 Postpartum, 8 Surgical
• # of OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections: 1 dedicated OR, 2 GYN surgical OR
• # of Triage beds: 3 bay triage
• # of Births per day? Month? Year?: Annually 643
• Follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Obstetric, L&D, antepartum, triage, postpartum
• Experience or 'Must have' skills listed
• RN duties and medication handling specified
• Charge Nurse and OB/Neonatologist details provided
• First to float as per unit needs

Additional Details
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, BLS, STABLE Certification required
• PROFILE REVIEW+MANAGER INTERVIEW process
• Radius Rule: 50 miles from facility
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract)
