EMR/Equipment: EPIC and Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm
Interventionalist hours/on call: Intensivitst MD In house 24/7 MD, IR always available, on call after hours
Shifts & Scheduling: 2x10hr shifts & 2x8hr shifts OR all 8s; 0700-1530 and 0600-1630, Team scheduling, posted 17 days prior for 6 weeks at a time

Certifications Required: BLS & ACLS
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Moderate sedation experience. Teamwork, and willingness to help out when needed

Shifts & Scheduling: 2x10hr shifts & 2x8hr shifts OR all 8s; 0700-1530 and 0600-1630
Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 days per week
Weekend/Call Requirements: Every third weekend on call
Holiday/Call Requirements: Every other
What is call response time? 30 minutes

# of suites/labs: 2 labs
# cases per day on average 5-10
Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift: Team Lead there and working in the lab, supervisor and lead to sign time cards
IR Techs: Yes
Floating Requirements: Radiology pre/post

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: One week- classroom and lab

Radiation Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start
Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
