Manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?: Charge Nurse for all shifts 7a-11p M-F, weekends 7a-7p, manager until 4p M-F
Shifts & Scheduling: Start at 6a for Open Heart Case Prep (notified the day before)

Number of Suites: 2 CVOR suites
Average number of cases per day: 1-3
Common Cases: Open hearts (CABG, Valve, aneurysms), thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towers
Experience/Must-have skills: MUST BE WILLING to cross train into general OR if CV volumes are low, 3 years of CVOR experience, open hearts, CABG, Valves, MUST be able to first scrub
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 4-5 days unit based orientation; 2 buddy call shifts flexible orientation based on recent heart experience
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided

Floating Requirements: MUST BE WILLING to cross train to other OR specialties if CV volumes are low
Ability to pick up extra for 1:1 sitting to supplement hours if case volume is low

Radius Rule: 50 miles
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
