- Unit/Department specific orientation: 2 12-hour shifts on the unit of orientation
- Have a lot of new grads and travelers, welcoming team and family feel on unit, option to go perm if a good fit

- BLS - Basic Life Support Certification

- Experience or 'Must have' skills: None okay with first-time travelers
- Are RNs required to titrate drips?: No
- Schedule Information
- Shifts & Scheduling: 12Hr shifts - 0645-1915, 1845-0715
- 2-week rotation core schedule
- Manager makes schedule but will consider block scheduling
- Weekend Requirement: Every other: Days- Sat, Sunday, and Nights- Fri, Sat
- Holiday Requirement: Every other: Days are Day of, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, etc. Nights are Eves, Day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, NYE etc.

- Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Heparin per protocol, antibiotics
- Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? 1 charge nurse on each shift, with no assignment
- Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit? Ratios? Duties? Yes, 1:9 on Days and 1:11 on Nights, blood sugars, VS, etc
- RT Equipment: Cpap, occasional Bipap
- Additional Details
- The facility is willing to request a 90 Day Emergency License
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients include Pneumonia, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, COVID, stroke, overflow general surgical, oncology-some implanted radiation
