• A large system in Nebraska/Iowa is looking for multiple ICU RN's.
• 13 weeks, 36 hours/wk.
• Looking for positive nurses willing to work with others as a team to overcome challenges.

Schedule Information
• 13 weeks, 36 hours/wk
• Shifts & Scheduling: 7-7 / 6-week scheduling done by a scheduler
• Weekend Requirements: Every other
• Holiday Requirements: Will rotate with perm staff
• Floating Requirements: Can float to PCU or MedSurg

Unit Specific Information
• - Beds: 16
• - Ratios: 1:2, occasionally 1:3
• - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Variety of ICU acuity patients- vented patients, BIS scoring, TTM, IABP (rarely)
• - Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes
• - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Vasopressors/inotropes, sedatives, heparin, octreotide, insulin
• - Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Yes
• - Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit? Ratios? Duties?: No
• - Hospitalist &/or Intensivist in house 24/7? In the ICU 24/7?: eICU support in 14 rooms

• Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
