- Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-1900, 1830-0700 // Self scheduling, can accommodate most schedule requests
- Weekend Requirements: Every third weekend, but could be up to every other based on unit need
- Holiday Requirements: 1 major, 1 minor
- Floating Requirements: Will float to Postpartum, occasional float to the house to be a "sitter"
- Number of shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 2-3 shifts

- - Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Charge on Both Shifts
- - Are there nurse aids/surgical techs on this unit? Duties?: 2 OBTs per shift
- - OB/Neonatologist in house 24/7?: 3 residents and 1 supervising MD on the floor at all times
- - Anesthesia in house 24/7?: CRNAs on the unit 24/7
- - RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot?: Nasal cannula
- - Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit? Are RNs required to read their own strips? What brand are the tele monitors?: Tele in recovery after a c-section

- Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, partime, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
