- Unit staffing description- US every day, PRN techs
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Requested Skill Set: Able to perform basic patient assessments, general care and maintenance of the following: Wounds, Tracheostomy, Ostomy, Drains, Chest Tubes
- Patient population has at times will require dialysis or PCA pumps
- Only drip is Heparin
- Post-Op procedures on unit: Amputations, ostomy, drains, chest tubes, and wound vacs

- Great teamwork, youthful group that is eager to get in and complete any task to enhance the outcomes of their patients
- Charges are supportive and experienced, along with leadership to allow for smooth introduction to 11 Tower
- All candidates will be treated as core staff and held to the same level of accountability and recognition for their work
- Schedule Information
- Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period
- Floating policy: Will float over core staff

- Type of equipment: Basic equipment - Welch Allyn VS Carts, Hoyer Lift, Broda Chairs, Alaris IV Pumps
- Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, safety checks q1-2h, focus on listening and responsiveness
- HAI prevention – CVC and Foley monitoring with standard precautions
- Fall prevention
- DCL Lounge/Throughput
- 100% Medication Scanning, including controlled substances
- Attendance per policy
- Dress Code: Scrubs – Navy, Blue, White, Black, Gray, Ceil Blue
