- Specializes in the care of Hospitalist Medicine patients with a focus on renal and a variety of other medical diagnoses.
- Serves as an alternative unit for GI, Pulmonary, and other surgical/procedural patients being covered by Hospitalists.
- Job Requirements
- BLS and ACLS required
- All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity
- Travelers must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year).
- Schedule Information
- 13 weeks
- 3x12 hour days, 7a-7p
- Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4)
