With 9K annual births and 7K surgeries, a new $33M L&D expansion, a new ED and 21 bed Med/Surg unit, we're growing! As a result, we're looking for a leader who is community-minded, academically and clinically focused to join us as the:

Women & Infants Center for Women's Gastrointestinal Health

We're Seeking:

  • An Innovative leader to build on our successes with next-level vision for strategic growth
  • Participation in design and operation of new multispecialty ASC opening in 2026 providing GI care to both men and women
  • A proven track record of clinical teaching and supervision of GI fellows rotating with faculty and Brown medical students
  • A demonstrated career interest in women's health
  • A strong clinical background providing full spectrum GI and endoscopy for women in a dedicated endoscopy unit at Women and Infants Hospital

About the position:
  • Blend of administrative, teaching, research and clinical depending on individual interest
  • Faculty appointment at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine of Brown University
  • Clinical: combination of clinic sessions and procedures. Interest in GI Disorders of Pregnancy, Women's Health preferred.
  • Seasoned support team including advanced practice caregivers, RNs, MAs, coordinators
  • Strong specialty support, 24/7 Hospitalist team, shared call from home
  • Solid referral patterns, established patient base
  • Fully integrated EMR across the health system
  • Located in the Ocean State, an area known for its four seasons, miles of swoon-worthy beaches, dynamic arts, culture and culinary scene, outstanding colleges and universities, and an international airport, with Boston just 1 hour away, 3 hours to NYC and 5 to Montreal!
