• ACLS - Required Units: ER, Peds ER, Psych ER, EMS, all ICUs, PACU, Step Down, Radiology, Cath Lab, Med Surg/Tele
• BLS - Required for all travelers
• PALS - Required Units: ER, Peds ER, RTs, Peds, PICU, SurgiCare
• NRP - Required Units: L&D, FCCU, NICU
• CHEMO - Required for Medical Oncology
• EFM - Required for L&D
• Tech Cert Verification - National required for Histology Techs and MLT's
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement - Required
• State License - Copy of Professional License - Do not require unless required by facility
• State License 1 Verification - Required
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) - Required
• NIH Stroke Certification - Required for ER, Psych ER, all ICUs, Step Down, Tele
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam - Do not require
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam - Required
