    Job Requirements
  • Skills Requirements: circulating experience in the OR setting, FHM. IV Start. Triage and Scrub skills a plus.
  • Unit Description: Low-risk and high-risk obstetrics. 14 L&D beds, 6 triage beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 recovery beds, 2 high-risk antepartum. L&D is a regional tertiary care unit supporting local obstetric needs and serving as a receiving port from outlying hospitals. Nurses team with midwives and physicians to maximize the childbirth experience for women seeking minimal intervention, as well as those with major complications
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: 3x12 Nights 7p-7:30a, weekdays, every other weekend
  • Weekend REQ: every other weekend

  • Locals accepted: no; What is the local radius rule? 100 mile radius (able to request exceptions for 75-99 miles on a case by case basis)

  • Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm. Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW. Covid Vaccine NOT required
