- 4W Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN
- 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
- Orientation held every other week on Thursday
- Ratios: 1:5, can go to 6/7 to 1 in certain circumstances
- 36hrs guaranteed
- Job Requirements
- 2 Years RN Experience
- 1 Year In-Specialty Experience
- First-timers accepted if experience requirements met
- WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
- Experience with cardiac, CVA surgical patients, and observation unit preferred
- Experience with post cardiac cath, angiogram, PTCA required
- Required drips: heparin, cardizem, amiodarone, dobutamine, dopamine, nitro
- Working proficiency required
- Schedule Information
- 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a
- Weekdays, every other weekend
- Float as needed
- Manager cannot guarantee blocked schedule requests

- 39 Beds
- Cardiac - Acute MI unstable angina CHF unstable arrhythmias and cardiac disorders
- CVA surgical patients, Observation unit with high turnaround 36 hours or less
- Half inpatient, half observation on average
- Adult and Geriatric patient populations
- Additional Details
- Valid Drivers License required
- Social Security Card required
- Residency Declaration Form required for compact license
- Covid Vaccine NOT required
- Flu Shot required except for documented medical allergy
