Job Description

We are seeking a collaborative, dynamic, and creative leader to help develop innovative solutions. This role is responsible for driving all activities related to developing and launching products. This role will be responsible for assisting with bringing Brink's vision and strategy to life. They will help ensure cross-functional activities occur as needed to launch product.

Duties include ingesting requests from Product Managers, and driving product development activities. This role will also manage the lifecycle of their product portfolio, which includes monitoring product performance, executing roadmaps, working with varying teams and vendors to drive execution and performance, and managing product retirement.

The ability to manage multiple market requirements, and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact and a “get things done” mindset will be critical to success. Candidates should be a true collaborator, and be able to work cross-functionally to promote and support critical activities.

Responsibilities:

· Prioritizes market / customers' needs and desires across multiple markets (countries) and customer segments

· Works with Product Managers / stakeholders to document solution reqs (Hardware, Software, service experiences and expected SLAs), deliver requirements across functional and technical teams, and vendors as needed, and ultimately ensures solutions are developed and meet requirements

· Ensures that that the company's overall strategy and goals are supported by those of the product; that the product goals and strategy do not deviate from that of the business

· Manages Global OEMs/manufacturers (product performance, roadmap)

· Helps write operational instructions (installation / device monitoring, maintenance & service processes / CIT & MP processes)

· Supports launch of products into markets

· Supports Sales (larger deals) in selling activity & customer deployments

· Helps develop business cases to support product launch

· Facilitates enablement of functions to support launch (sales, operations, legal, finance, etc.)

· Maintains roadmap for assigned Products

· Analyzes product performance and makes adjustments as needed (generally using LEAN/A3 principles)

· Oversees product development of other product professionals; partners with Project Managers to facilitate execution

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in product management, and experience with leading others

· Excellent communicator

· Strong business acumen

· Analytical

· Process-oriented

· Collaborative

· Detail-oriented

· Bachelor's Degree required

· LEAN certification a plus

· Monday.com experience a plus
