- Skills Required: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac
- Experience: Cerner, Previous Charge Experience, Charting Experience, Community Hospital Experience
- Target Ratios: 1:4-5
- Shift: 4x12 Days 06:45-19:15
- Call Requirement: None
- Weekend Coverage: Every Other
- Float Required: will need to float an take ms/tele patients as needed
- PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Sepsis, CHF, COPD, DKA, COVID, ETOH withdrawal, pneumonia
- SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Diltiazam gtt titration, Insulin gtt titration, amidarone, precedex gtt
- Unit Systems: Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR
- Scrubs: Navy Blue
