We are seeking a Medical Director & full-time Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our team in Brickell. The ideal candidate will be a licensed, experienced professional who places our clients at the forefront of their practice. This role requires adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards in patient care, with a strong focus on excellence and superior client service.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will be expected to:

• thoroughly evaluate patients
• develop diagnosis and respective treatment plans
• administer treatments such as wound suturing and/or injections, and instruct patients of proper after-care
• perform various procedures including Dermatology services, Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, facial rejuvenation, etc.
• utilize a wide variety of state-of-the-art devices/lasers
• develop and employ methods to improve both compliance and patient care
• Supervise and develop Clinical Staff
• be responsible for all charting of your patients
• other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES

• Licensed in the State of Florida
• Experience performing aesthetics and dermatology procedures
• Some surgical experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with doctors and other members of the practice in a positive and productive way
• Strong sense of empathy to handle patients and their person
• Punctual, professional, and energetic
• Work 32-36 hours per week
• Bilingual is a plus
