Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at a family practice in Swanton, Ohio. We are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community and are looking for a compassionate physician to contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in office call shared among primary care providers, with coverage currently shared among five other providers.
- Utilize PerfectServe as an answering service for efficient communication.
- Handle urgent matters promptly; no refills are provided after hours, but if deemed urgent, the provider will be paged.
- Utilize lab services available onsite and MyChart for virtual visits.
- Thrive in a rural environment, providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Preferably experienced in primary care, but new physicians are welcome to apply.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
