Full Time FACULTY Position for A New Residency Program – Northeast Ohio

Mercy Health Lorain Hospital, located thirty miles west of Cleveland, is seeking a full-time faculty member to join our new and innovative family medicine residency. This is a new program that will start in 2025. The role will involve both clinical and teaching responsibilities within our Family Medicine Residency Program.

This position will work closely with the program director and existing faculty. The ideal candidate should be BC/BE in Family medicine and eligible for a license in Ohio, obstetrical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include teaching, supervision, and evaluation of residents, curriculum development, maintenance of program accreditation, resident recruitment, scholarly activities, and patient care. This is a salaried position with comprehensive benefits. Recent graduates will be considered. Preference will be given to applicants with experience teaching residents and developing curriculum.
