BMC's Intelligent Z Optimization & Transformation (IZOT) products help the world's largest companies:
• Transform and deliver mainframe applications more frequently and faster • Unlock savings and data insights with a cloud based approach • Improve operational resilience and efficiency in a ‘never fail' environment • Protect the enterprise from disruption and respond to threats faster
As a Sales Solutions Group Director for IZOT, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success: 
• Understand, refine and articulate key mainframe sales plays across AIOps, DevOps, Data, Security and mainframe cloud storage. • Work alongside Account Managers and Product Account Managers to articulate BMC's value through positive business outcomes and clear metrics that are backed by customer testimonials. • Provide product specific contract negotiation assistance to account teams. • Enable Account Managers and Product Account Managers on key product use cases. • Support key customer relationships and collaborate on advisory boards, briefings and industry events. • Provide customer and field feedback to Product Management and Marketing Teams on the effectiveness and impact of BMC Products and their messaging.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• You have previously demonstrated your ability to further develop your business as a trusted partner by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • You can work effectively as a team member while also providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales processes • You can embrace, live and breathe our BMC values every day!
