Additional Information About the Role
- Shift Information: PT Shift (8am - 4:30pm Mon/Wed/Fri and a half day every Tuesday morning) - No Weekend/Holidays
- Home Office Location: - 670 Mason Ridge Center Dr Ste 300 -Saint Louis, Missouri 63141 – You will cover the St Charles area primarily and you may float to greater STL metro area when needed
- Case Load: You will be the only social worker for the St Charles area
- Job Responsibilities: Meeting with patients/families, determine resource needs, determine social support needs, counseling support needs, veteran benefit eligibility, etc.
- Preferred skills or required work experience: home health experience is not required, but definitely a bonus. Additionally, this is a very independent position, prior social work experience is preferrable.
- Fully Licensed LCSW is preferred but will consider an LMSW provisional candidate as well.
- If provisional LMSW; you must be willing to complete your LCSW (you will be responsible for your clinical supervision)
