**Job Summary**

The Supervisor - RN - Clinic, assists the clinic manager, clinic director and facility provider with administrative duties as assigned. This position assists in the examination and treatment of patients following established standards and practices as directed by the provider and his/her supervising physician.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

**Education and/or Experience**

+ Associates degree required.

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in a clinic setting preferred.

+ Three years supervisory experience preferred.

**Licensure/Certification/Registration**

+ Eligible for or currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in South Dakota

+ BLS Certification required within 6 months of employment

**Work Schedule**

+ Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
