Patient Diagnosis: CARF accredited in Brain Injury Spinal Cord Injury Stroke - also have multi-trauma patients debility amputations, dysphagia high level dementia

Certifications Required: BLS State License Required
Documentation System: EPIC
Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
