AtlantiCare, a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient located in southeastern New Jersey, is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join its growing group of six at the Cancer Centers. AtlantiCare's Cancer Care Institute provides a full spectrum of cancer services in medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology and diagnostic imaging, including access to the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, clinical trials, oncology nurse navigation, psychosocial support and wellness services to patients throughout Atlantic and Cape May counties. From diagnosis to treatment and survivorship, it's all right here at the AtlantiCare Cancer Care Institute.
As part of AtlantiCare, you will lead your own dedicated team consisting of a RN, MA, and NP. Additionally, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians including radiation oncology, surgical oncology, breast surgeons, thoracic surgeons, interventional pulmonology, interventional radiology, urologists, and palliative care. Dedicated nurse navigators and genetic counselors on site. Oncology-Certified Nurses and a dedicated Breast Health Coordinator - all taking advantage of institutional support that includes new, state-of-the-art equipment, technologies and facilities, including our primary service locations at our Cancer Care Institute in Egg Harbor Township and our satellite cancer center in Cape May Court House.

- 16 Infusion chemo bays in EHT and 6 in CMCH
- Hospitalists will admit your patients – when covering inpatient, physicians do not cover outpatient

- On-site Oral Chemo Pharmacist at the Cancer Center – we dispense our own antineoplastic chemo drugs

Our accreditations include the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (CoC) and the American College of Radiology for Radiation Oncology. Additionally, AtlantiCare is designated by the American College of Radiology as a Lung Cancer Screening Center.
The successful candidate will be board-certified/eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology and possess strong clinical, communication and consultation skills, as well as a patient-first focus.
