Trauma level II, 18 bed unit, stroke certified, cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, respiratory, etc.
Very face-paced environment. 3-4 pts per nurse.
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely

Minimum Experience: 5 years - must have at least one year of travel experience- FIRM required.
Trauma Level II experience required.
Charting Experience: EPIC required

Shift Requirements: 12hr shifts. Choice of Straight Pm's, Straight Nocs, or a combo of PM/Nocs
Float requirements: May be required to float to other locations: Merrill, Antigo, Medford and Stanley.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: 12 hours in a 6 week period. Response time: 30 Min
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Unit Information: Trauma level II, 18 bed unit, stroke certified,cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, respiratory, etc.
Very face-paced environment. 3-4 pts per nurse.
Epic computer charting. Pyxis medication dispenser.
RNs draw labs, lab in house, RN does neb treatments. RT in house.

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed.
