We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver world class service and solutions to our customers by providing quality and timely responses to customer calls and emails at our Winnipeg, MB location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Collaborating with the outside sales team to identify opportunities and solutions.
Effectively and efficiently communicate with customers to handle all inquiries, source products, and resolve issues while completing the sales process
Build rapport and long-lasting relationships with our customers and vendors to help ensure our repeat business and achieve superior performance.
Thinking outside the box for opportunities and solutions to everyday challenges.
Other duties needed to help drive our vison and abide by our organization's values.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the company's vendors, products and service offerings
Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment through the computerized order processing system.
What We Look For In Our Customer Service Representative:
2 or more years within the customer service and/or sales field.
Prior experience working in Industrial Distribution or related industry is preferred.
SAP or similar ERP system experience would be an asset
Being analytical and consider yourself a problem solver.
Computer literacy with focus on Word and Excel
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (telephone, in person, and email)
Self-motivated but thrives in a team environment
