Summary:

The Accounts Payable Team Lead will provide leadership and guidance within the Accounts Payable team at Applied Corporate. The Accounts Payable team is very high volume and collaborative.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated issues with vendors/suppliers and counsel team members on effective resolution.
  • Work with the other Accounts Payable Supervisors and Manager to train/develop the team members, set goals, and provide service to suppliers and internal colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Supervisors to improve processes and develop training materials.
  • Lead regular meeting with AP team members to provide updates, identify potential areas for improvement, and address team member questions/concerns.

 

Required:

  • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience in a shared services/centralized services environment
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

 

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite and SAP
  • Bachelor's degree in equivalent field
