Opportunity Highlights
· Secure a guaranteed $290K salary for 18-24 months, then shift to a wRVU model where most physicians earn around $300K yearly
· Gain a $40K sign-on bonus, $10K for relocation, and residents receive a $1,500 monthly educational allowance
· The incoming Internal Medicine Physicians will achieve work-life harmony with a 4-day workweek
