  INTERNSHIP TERM: Jul - Dec 2025

   

   

  WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN:

  Learn about engineering activities during the product development stage including design validation, performance, characterization, qualification, and release to production.

   

  PROJECT OVERVIEW:

  Use machine learning algorithms and approaches to optimize the prime DTS (Die-To-Ship).

   

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

   

  • Create and execute plan for prime DTS (Die-To-Ship) yield optimization.
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare comprehensive reports or research papers, and presentation to stakeholder.

   

  WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Willingness to learn with a good attitude.
  • Willing to work hard and play hard! Training will be provided.
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis methods.
  • Familiarity with how machine learning models work.

   

  RELEVANT SKILLSETS:

  • Programming skills (e.g. Python, SQL, etc)
  • Soft skills (Problem Solving, Communication, Teamwork)

   

  ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
