Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc. is hiring Staff Business Systems Analysts to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes and define requirements. Gather and document technical requirements for vendor evaluation. Identify and analyze pain points and opportunities for applying AI powered tools in the sales and marketing area. Utilize knowledge and experience with computers and electronics, including processors, chips, electronic equipment, computer hardware and software and applications and programming. Utilize knowledge and experience in information technology, as well as business and management principles involved in strategic planning and analysis and reporting of data to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications: Degree required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Five (5) years of experience in job offered or related engineering, business analyst, project manager, or marketing role.
Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will alternatively accept seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related engineering, business analyst, project manager, or marketing role.
Specific skills required: The following skills are required:
Position requires four (4) years of experience in the following:
1.Content management systems;
2.Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics);
3.Performance measurement tools (Blue Triangle or Lighthouse);
4.Use Experience testing (Adobe Target);
5.UX and UI (Adobe Cloud or Figma);
6.Process improvements and automation;
7.SEO improvements;
8.Data analysis and interpretation;
9.Data Visualization;
10.Agile methodologies;
11.Stakeholder management and communication; and
12.Technical writing and documentation skills.

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
