This highly visible role ensures smooth operations, oversees key initiatives, and drives strategic objectives across the organization. Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor for the leadership team, providing strategic guidance on various organizational and operational issues.
- Manage and oversee key company initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, partnering with department heads to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Drive corporate-level operational activities, strategic goals, and workforce planning.
- Support leadership with their administrative and strategic needs, while managing change initiatives to align with organizational goals.
- Maintain and drive operational and governance activities for the business group, including key forums and leadership staff meetings.
- Foster and promote a positive organizational culture, guiding department leaders with expert advice to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Evaluate risk factors, identify areas of improvement, and provide decision-making support through analysis and recommendations.
- Managing crisis situations effectively and efficiently
- Executive Communications:
- Prepare executive presentation materials for internal forums, public meetings, and events.
- Develop and manage key internal and external communications in partnership with Communications and HR teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders.
- Operational Support:
- Develop effective partnerships with business partners and stakeholders across the company (Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Engineering, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and implement organizational policies.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to the local leadership team, anticipating their needs, and managing workload to ensure efficient use of time.
- Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of executive assistants.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the local organization
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications/Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR or business administration.
- Demonstrated team and program leadership success with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Skilled in developing and sustaining positive interpersonal relationships.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis, synthesis, and presentation.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of team, individuals and organization dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience.
