THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Growth & Performance Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Specialist will drive ABM, lead generation, nurture, and marketing automation initiatives. This role requires expertise in martech platforms (SFDC, Marketo, Demandbase, Integrate, Intentsify), strong data management skills, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure scalable marketing measurement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize marketing processes and reporting.

 

THE PERSON:

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven problem solver with strong project management and communication skills. You should be comfortable managing multi-stakeholder projects, organized, and experienced in ABM and demand generation. A background in Technology Marketing (Data Center, AI, Commercial Client) is preferred.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure enterprise data integration aligns with martech requirements and global marketing standards.
  • Support AMD field marketing teams with lead import training and onboarding.
  • Maintain data accuracy in SFDC, collaborating with digital teams to resolve issues.
  • Generate weekly/monthly KPI reports to drive accountability for marketing and sales executives.
  • Manage campaign and vendor trackers and provide real-time data analysis.
  • Optimize SFDC processes in partnership with the CRM team.
  • Set up and manage Marketo and Integrate campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize marketing dashboards in collaboration with SFDC, Marketing Intelligence, and Analytics teams.
  • Govern campaign taxonomy and GDPR compliance.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong foundation in performance marketing, including ABM.
  • Expertise in SFDC, Marketo, Demandbase, Integrate, and Intentsify.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, trends, and content formats.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, SFDC, and data management.
  • Strong ability to synthesize input from multiple sources and implement feedback.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
