THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will design and implement an innovative internal platform for planning and forecasting, enhanced by an AI planner agent and AI chatbot. You will take charge of driving the project from the initial requirements gathering phase, through prototyping and design, to full implementation and deployment.

DURATION

12 month contract, with possibility to extend or switch to indefinite contract.

THE PERSON

You are a passionate software professional with a knack for creative and effective problem-solving. As a motivated self-starter, you thrive in fast-paced environments and can work independently. We are seeking someone with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in full-stack development. Taking initiative comes naturally to you, as does delivering high-quality solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain a cutting-edge web platform for project planning.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.
• Architect database schemas and implement robust back-end systems using Django.
• Rapidly prototype intuitive front-end interfaces.
• Integrate AI agent and chatbot capabilities supported by project planning data.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Expertise in Django with a minimum of 4 years of commercial full-stack experience.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL and PSQL.
• Experience with JavaScript charting libraries.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI code generation tools
• Familiarity with development tools such as Jama, GitHub, and Jira.
• Competence using Docker for both local development and production environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

Bachelor's degree in software/computer engineering, computer science or other relevant fields
