PROGRAM MANAGER
THE ROLE:
NBIO (North Bridge I/O) is a global team that develops high-performing I/O subsystems across a range of product segments at AMD. As a Program Manager, you will be collaborating with team members and stakeholders from various locations and time zones to achieve operational excellence.
THE PERSON:
The successful candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The candidate is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data to support business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and processing employee expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review and validate expense claims, ensuring that they meet the requirements set out in policy guidelines.
- Work with employees to provide guidance and support on expense policy and procedures, resolving any issues and concerns.
- Analyzing and interpreting organizational data to identify patterns and trends.
- Designing and producing reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5-10 years of experience in operations or program management
- Familiarity with SAP Concur
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a focus on Pivot Table and Pivot Chart
- Prior knowledge of Power Query, Power BI and databases
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and multitask effectively
- Flexible schedule to work with global teams (North America, APAC, EMEA).
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a relevant field.
