About the Role:

We are seeking a technically proficient AI Product Manager with 5-6 years of product management with AI inference experience to lead one of our key AI software products. In this central role, you will collaborate closely with software engineering, marketing, and competitive analysis teams to define product strategies and guide the product's development from concept to delivery. This is a visible and impactful role where you will take ownership of a major AI product and may have the opportunity to grow into people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take hands-on ownership of an AI software product, including managing its roadmap, development, and market success.
• Define product requirements and work closely with engineering to execute them.
• Work directly with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate with marketing and competitive analysis teams to define product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Define and measure key product metrics to guide decision making.
• Provide product expertise to sales and customer-facing teams.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the product strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of product management and AI experience with a proven ability to deliver successful software products.
• Strong background in AI software products, with a solid understanding of AI frameworks, AI models, and system-level inference optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with AI application development is a big plus.
• Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps, features, and releases.
• Ability to balance technical requirements with customer needs and business goals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with FPGA technology or similar hardware acceleration technologies is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of AI model deployment, profiling, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.
• Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a people management.
