JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Beijing/remote
- Onsite/Hybrid: at least 3 days/week
- Duration: Jul - Dec 2025
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
1. 优化 RL 算法和数据，提升大模型 reasoning 性能
2. 提升 reasoning model 推理速度
3. 跟踪最新的研究进展和技术趋势，提出改进和创新的想法，推动团队的技术发展
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. 深入理解大模型算法原理，熟悉模型结构，包括常见的 GPT 系列、llama 系列、deepseek 系列等模型
2. 熟悉 DPO, GRPO 等主流 RL 方法，熟悉 Deepseek-R1，open-R1 等训练流程
3. 熟悉至少一种 LLM 主流推理引擎，如 vllm、 sglang 等，熟悉 Flash Attention、 Speculative Decoding 等加速方法
4. 熟悉至少一种 LLM 主流训练框架，如 TRL, Megatron; 熟练掌握 python 和 pytorch
5. 在顶级LLM会议或期刊上发表过论文，或参加过国际竞赛并取得优异成绩者优先
6. 有 SFT 和 RL 训练经验，有分布式训练经验者优先
