THE ROLE
The HR Business Partner Manager role is a strategic opportunity for a Human Resources professional passionate about driving business outcomes through effective human capital strategies. This position partners with technical leaders to develop initiatives that enable innovative AI and technology solutions while fostering collaboration and a high-performing organizational culture. Success in this fast-paced, hyper-growth environment requires a proactive approach to managing change, driving process improvements, and optimizing HR strategies for agility and scalability.

 

THE PERSON
The ideal candidate excels in leadership, coaching, and advising, facilitating meaningful discussions with executives and managers to implement human capital strategies aligned with business objectives. They leverage organizational and talent analytics to deliver actionable insights and drive impactful programs across broader functions. Success in this role requires a creative problem-solving mindset, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organization and self-motivation.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise managers and executives on policy interpretation, employee relations, and related issues.
  • Lead pay-for-performance processes, including salary planning, promotions, resource planning, and talent calibration.
  • Analyze and communicate insights using HR dashboards and key talent metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Partner with colleagues across and outside HR to innovate, improve, and drive the efficiency of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Interpret engagement survey results, identify trends, and collaborate with managers and executives to create and implement action plans.
  • Facilitate strategic off-sites to drive people strategies that positively impact business outcomes.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Progressive and multifaceted HR experience, including recent HR Business Partner Manager experience.
  • Proven success supporting engineering teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a sophisticated, global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, such as talent management, workforce planning, or engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience with leveraging HR systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Power BI) to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
