THE ROLE:

Join our marketing organization to accelerate the adoption of AMD-powered Data Center and Client solutions. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Growth & Performance Marketing to orchestrate global demand generation through experimentation to drive acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization. You will collaborate with teams across Worldwide Marketing, GTM Partner Alliances, Regional Marketing, BU's, Sales, Data Science, Digital, PR, and Social to develop and execute growth strategies across organic and paid channels. This role is a key stakeholder in developing reporting dashboards and marketing materials. This high-impact role requires innovation, leadership, and passion for our commercial business.

THE PERSON:

You should have extensive experience in running multi-channel B2B campaigns, focusing on integrated marketing and account-based strategies for enterprise accounts. You should deeply understand the customer decision journey and have the skills to optimize the customer experience for conversions. You are innovative, take initiative, and excel at building relationships across divisions to orchestrate comprehensive account-based marketing. You should be highly organized and able to leverage your experience to enhance AMD's integrated marketing efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely and cross-functionally across Worldwide Marketing teams, Sales, BU, Product Marketing, and Data Science to define the strategy, build scalable growth models, and deliver data-driven solutions that delight users and drive business outcomes.
  • Build, maintain and optimize core acquisition models for B2B products through effective experimentation and test-small-learn-fast mentality.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to scale and manage implementation of acquisition models across relevant channels, both paid and organic.
  • Support Campaign Manager to forecast, measure, monitor, and report on the performance of growth models and campaigns against critical metrics such as marketing qualified leads, conversion, and ROI
  • Enable sales through touchpoints including but not limited to reporting, digital-selling materials, training materials and providing closed-loop feedback.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and BU stakeholders to create One AMD content to use in acquisition, engagement, and retention programs that map to the customer journey stages.
  • Manage multiple marketing agencies to develop creative assets and messaging to engage and convert potential customers, including writing creative briefs, managing agency production, leading creative reviews, and overseeing timelines and budgets.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Expertise in running multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns with a focus on integrated marketing and account-based strategies for large enterprise account.
  • Deep understanding of the Customer Decision Journey and experience in optimizing customer experiences.
  • Experience in architecting orchestrated journeys for target accounts and cohorts.
  • Proven track record in building scalable growth models for B2B products/services including one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one audiences.
  • Familiarity with account-based and growth marketing technology stacks (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Ability to analyze performance across various channels (SEM, Display, Native, Paid Social).
  • Experience in launching automation based on triggers and segmentation.
  • Skilled in A/B testing and using experimentation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing large data sets (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to develop marketing materials for digital, video, and written formats.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A deep sense of curiosity and a learning mindset.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.  Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position. You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role such as either an annual bonus or sales incentive.
