THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Ethics, Risk and Compliance Training Manager to develop, implement, and oversee our ethics, risk and compliance training programs. This role is essential in fostering a strong culture of integrity and ensuring our employees understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance training, a deep understanding of industry regulations, and excellent communication skills.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and manage comprehensive ethics, risk and compliance training programs, including online and in-person training sessions.
  • Ensure training content aligns with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies (including internal brand guidelines), and industry best practices.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, performance metrics, adjusting content and delivery as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records, tracking completion rates, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Generate compliance training reports for leadership providing insights into participation, effectiveness, and compliance adherence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, HR, IT, Marketing (Creative/Brand) and Risk Management, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of all training materials to reflect regulatory changes and compliance best practices.
  • Support company-wide initiatives to enhance ethical awareness and compliance culture.
  • Recommend new tools, platforms, and approaches to enhance training delivery and engagement.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience in ethics and compliance training, corporate training, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GDPR, CPRA, etc.), corporate compliance, and ethics principles.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, including e-learning platforms and having direct instructional design background to create content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and work effectively across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies including leveraging PowerBI reporting dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's or certifications in Compliance preferred).
