We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our exceptional team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. Description of the Role: As a CNA at Always Best Care, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care, ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. * Monitoring and promptly reporting any changes in residents' physical and mental health to the supervising nurse. * Providing invaluable emotional support and engaging residents in recreational activities to enhance their overall well-being. * Observing and meticulously recording residents' vital signs, promptly notifying the nurse of any irregularities. * Maintaining clean and organized living spaces for our cherished residents, including handling their laundry when necessary. * Adhering strictly to safety and infection control protocols to safeguard the well-being of our residents. * Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences. Requirements: * Valid CNA certification from an accredited program. * Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or senior care facility. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. * Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
