Job Description:
Are you an experienced NICU RN looking for your next adventure? Join our team for a 13-week travel contract in Bakersfield, CA! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NICU nurse to provide high-quality care to our tiniest patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized care for neonates in the NICU.
Monitor and assess the condition of newborns, administering medications and treatments as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Educate and support families throughout their stay in the NICU.

Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of California.
Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU experience.
BLS and NRP certifications are required.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
