Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Senior Manager to join our team in North America. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing strategic projects and supporting transformation strategic initiatives across the region, while also managing the Operations Risk Management deployment with all North American operating sites. This position requires a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic finance initiatives to support the company's growth and transformation objectives. Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to drive business performance and deliver financial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, while providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Support the development and execution of long-term financial plans and forecasts. While ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Lead the Operations Risk Management deployment and development across all North American sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in controllership, strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and executing on strategic finance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the business, from executive management to functional experts.
  • Be fluent in English (fluency in French is a plus)
