Dans ce rôle, vous aurez la chance de travailler avec les utilisateurs clés d'eAM afin d'assurer l'intégrité des données, la fiabilité des systèmes et le soutien aux utilisateurs pour les sites en Amérique du Nord.

À titre de Responsable régional, vous devrez agir comme consultant senior, afin de :

• Donner la formation sur eAM, les outils de planifications ainsi que les outils mobiles.
• Assurer la coordination des différentes demandes avec les développeurs et autres équipes de support situés en Australie et en Inde.
•  Assurer un support pour fournir de la documentation, des manuels et des vidéos.
• Supporter les utilisateurs responsable d'eAM pour tous les sites d'exploitation d'Alcoa en Amérique du Nord;
• Maintenir un processus de support pour faciliter et gérer les demandes de soutien des utilisateurs en Amérique du Nord;
• Tester et valider différents correctifs et développements avant leur migration en Production
• Jouer un rôle de premier plan en tant qu'expert en la matière, afin de fournir des commentaires sur les développements eAM en cours, sur les personnalisations et sur la maintenance des systèmes.
• Supporter les sites lors du déploiement des outils et systèmes ainsi que lors d'activités corporatives (Amélioration continue, Workshop, Audits etc.)

Nous recherchons un candidat avec :

• Connaissances et expérience avec un système de GMAO tel Oracle eAM.
• Capacité démontrée dans la gestion et le support des outils informatiques de maintenance.
• Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de maintenance.
• Compétence démontrée dans le maintien et l'implantation de solutions et d'applications dans un environnement Oracle;
• Compétences en résolution de problèmes.
• Flexibilité et capacité de travailler en collaboration avec des méthodes de télétravail dans l'ensemble des opérations mondiales ;
• Compétences en formations pour améliorer le rendement de l'équipe;
• Flexibilité pour certains voyages à l'échelle mondiale pour le support direct des sites ou encore pour le réseautage, jusqu'à 40 % du temps.
• Avoir beaucoup d'initiative, d'autonomie et faire preuve d'une très grande débrouillardise

Qualifications :

• Baccalauréat en informatique ou équivalent en génie ou technologie de l'information;
• Avoir des intérêts / capacité avec la gestion de base de données
• Posséder des connaissances de planification des travaux d'entretien
• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des bases de données Oracle (atout);
• Parler couramment l'anglais et le français, afin de faciliter le soutien direct à tous les utilisateurs en Amérique du Nord.

Are you looking for a new challenge? Alcoa is actively looking for a Regional Lead, Planning & Maintenance Systems.  This role will be directly reporting to the Reliability Excellence Manager for North America.

This new role will liaise with site eAM lead users to ensure data integrity, reliable system functionality and first level user support focused on North American sites.  You will also be collaborating across all four global eAM instances and other deployed Maintenance Systems for all operation sites in Alcoa.

As the Regional lead, you will act as a senior consultant, in order to:

• Facilitate training in eAM and associated systems through the sourcing of suitable training material from developers and suppliers, such as documentation, manuals and videos, and provision of that material for inclusion into various training delivery systems;
• Provide Supervision and Guidance for Lead eAM Users to support all North American Alcoa operations sites;
• Maintain a support process to facilitate and manage user  requests in North America;

• Implement and maintain a system “heartbeat check” to monitor the correct functioning of eAM and associated applications to proactively identify and correct issues;
• Take accountability for resolution of issues escalated from Lead eAM users;
• Take a lead role as Subject Matter Expert to provide input into developments in eAM, Customizations and Maintenance Systems and applications.
• Support sites during the deployment of tools and systems as well as during corporate activities (Continuous Improvement, Workshop, Audits, etc.)

We are seeking someone with :

• Expert knowledge, understanding and experience with CMMS such as Oracle eAM or equivalent;
• Demonstrated capability in management of a large, complex, business critical database;
• Demonstrated competence in maintaining and implementing solutions and associated applications in an Oracle environment;
• Understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices;
• Problem solving skills and temperament to identify creative solutions when tried and tested methods prove ineffective or inefficient;
• Flexibility and capability to work collaboratively with teleworking methods across the global operations;
• Effective coaching skills to improve team performance;
• Flexibility for some global travel for direct site support or networking, up to 40%.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent in Engineering or Information Technology;
• Interests / ability with database management;
• Knowledge of maintenance planning would be an asset;
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing corporate Oracle databases (preferred);
• Fluent written and spoken French and English, to facilitate direct support for all North American users.
