About the Role:
Reporting to the Breakthrough Technology Portfolio Director, the PMO Specialist will manage project execution, ensuring the efficient delivery of breakthrough technology projects like Astraea and Elysis. This includes organizing project meetings, tracking milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Project Management & Execution: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring agendas are clear and action points are tracked.
- Milestone Tracking & Reporting: Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Prepare and distribute project status updates, dashboards, and reports for senior management. Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Data & Document Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project charters, and action logs. Ensure that data tracking systems are updated and reliable.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables. Manage communication channels across different teams and leadership levels.
- Process Improvement & Standardization: Develop and implement best practices and frameworks for project management processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing tools, templates, and processes.
What you can bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field;
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus;
- Fluent English is a must (Global Role);
- Solid project management experience, preferably in industrial or technology-focused roles;
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
- Expertise in project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
