About the Role:
Portland Aluminium is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
As part of this role you will provide a range of Occupational Healthcare Services to optimise the health and wellbeing of those working on site at Portland Aluminium. The Occupational Health Nurse delivers a full spectrum of services ranging from medical evaluations, health monitoring, treatment of acute injuries and illnesses, health promotion, education and training in accordance with local legislation and Alcoa Global EHS Standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining medical records, and ensuring the occupational healthcare facility, including its equipment and consumables are audited and maintained appropriately.
The Occupational Health Nurse reports to the Human Resources Manager and collaborates closely with other functional groups

What you can bring to the role:
Occupation Nursing for a minimum of 2 years and / or emergency department
Current registration with Nurses Board of VIC
Work Cover audiometric officer or experience in doing hearing tests
Spirometry accredited officer
Drug and alcohol accredited tester
MIMS triage qualification
Basic and Advanced Life Support
Excellent Computer skills
