About the Role:
As the Jr. Treasury Analyst (Remote) in the Global Treasury BackOffice area you will support all activities and processes within the cell of Settlement and Latin America Foreign Exchange activities.


Other key responsibilities include:

  • Perform the daily cash settlement activities for Latin America region, checking banking information and having a close contact with banks;
  • Backup Europe and North America cash settlement activities, covering vacations and holidays demands;
  • Perform treasury banking transactions checks and follow-ups;
  • Perform the whole process for Latin America Foreign Exchange activity, which includes contact with Alcoa areas and banks, validate documentation, control the Import and Export Invoice and guarantee the payment and support documentation;
  • Perform Alcoa Previ projected cashflow and daily allocation resources controls.
     

What you can bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or similar fields;
  • Advanced skills with MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Power BI knowledge desirable;
  • Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Previous experience as an intern or assistant in the financial area;
  • Communication, Customer focus, attention to details, caution with deadlines and time sensitivity activities, team worker, initiative, seek for knowledge in FX regulations, organization and result oriented.
